The 麻豆直播 (the 鈥淯niversity鈥�) is committed to establishing and maintaining an environment where individuals, regardless of gender, gender identity, gender expression, or sexual orientation, are free from sex discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual violence, domestic violence, dating violence, stalking, and retaliation (collectively 鈥渟exual misconduct鈥�).
The University considers sexual misconduct to be a serious offense because it undermines the atmosphere of trust and respect that is essential to a healthy University Community. As such, sexual misconduct violates the standards of our University Community and constitutes a violation of this policy.
