Instructions to request biobanking and/or histology services:
University Users
Returning users to Infinity and the Core:
Fill out the in Infinity and submit it to start your service.

A member of the Core will contact you if there are questions about your request. You will receive updates as your request is moved forward.
New users to Infinity and/or the Core, please email Dr. Andrews (Infinity Administrator) at jandrews@southalabama.edu with your name, email and laboratory, to obtain access.
External Users
Fill out the needed form below and email it to Dr. Ramirez-Alcantara at usahealthbiobank@health.southalabama.edu with the email subject 鈥淪ervice request for Biobanking services鈥� or 鈥淪ervice request for Histology services.鈥�
