Forensic Scientist
Primarily employed in laboratory settings, forensic scientists perform many essential duties related to criminal and scientific investigations. There are many entry-level opportunities for students who minor in forensic science, especially when paired with a major in Chemistry or Biology.
Forensic Anthropologist
Forensic anthropologists apply concepts from biological anthropology to assist law enforcement by recovering and analyzing unidentified human skeletal remains for clues to that individual's identity, including sex, age, stature, ancestry, any individualizing characteristics, and cause of death. To become a forensic anthropologist, you must obtain a Ph.D. in biological or forensic anthropology. More information can be found at the website.
