Minutes of August 2nd approved Synopsis description of plan for financing renovation and operation of Hillsdale Heights: Deed transferring Hillsdale Property. Lease between Board of Trustees and Public Educational Building Authority. Lease and approval of action of authority in accepting bid of Goodbody and Company, etc. Resolution: lease between Board of Trustees of University and Public Educational Building Authority of the City of Mobile attached (Addendum No. 1) Resolution - Indemnity agreement in connection with $3,300,000 bond issue affecting Hillsdale Heights facility. Resolution - providing issuance of $6,259,000 of University Extension Tuition Fee and Facilities Revenue Bonds consisting of $509,000 bonds of Series A and conducting a public sale of $5,270,000 attached as Addendum No. 2 Announcement = notice of sale of $5,750,000 of University Extension Tuition Fee and Facilities Revenue Bonds, Series B, had been published in the August 30, 1968 Daily Bond Buyer and all bids received in response to such notices listed Resolution - Publication of a Notice of Sale in the Daily Bond Buyer, with affidavit of publication. Notice of sale attached as Addendum No. 3.
