All members (except Mr. Engel) agree to Plan B for central heating and cooling plant if Gas Co. makes certain agreements. Data on Annual Cost of Plan B Resolution adopted: Authorizing Dr. Caldwell to execute and file application with Dept. of HUD for loan to aid financing construction of air-conditioning and heating plant Firm of Morring, Giles, Watson, & Willison of Huntsville, Alabama approved to handle bond issue for $3,000,000. 00 to finance Hillsdale Heights project Resolution adopted: secure short term bank loan of $500,000.00 from banks to repay Agency Funds loaned to the Hillsdale Project during 1967 Resolution adopted: unpaid bank loan of $70,000.00 be paid from Agency Fund, $10,000.00 paid by bookstore, $10,000.00 paid by cafeteria be restored to those operations. Remaining $10,000.00 paid from 1965-66 Agency Fund operations President announced visit of Evaluation Committee of 麻豆直播ern Association would be on campus Oct. 1st through Oct. 4th Mobile General Hospital referred to by President Whiddon Architects Bond & Bond approved for the new general classroom building Word received from State Department of Education on change in criteria on new buildings Meeting recessed until conference call on Monday, September 18th Resolution adopted: Unused monies in Agency and Operating funds be invested in Government Bills and earnings added to Endowment Fund Engineer for Central heating & Air-conditioning Plant Hamlin & Deupree Resolution adopted: Plan B authorized for central plan	131 132 132 133 133 134 134 135 135 135 134 137 137
