Mr. Cleverdon stated opinion of the Executive Committee that an additional classroom building was imperative and it be provided by September, 1965. Executive Committee be authorized to borrow $600,000.00 and pledge tuition income to repay loan. Mr. Cleverdon informed Board that FHPE authorized expenditure of additional $20,000.00 for office space and classrooms in basement. Swimming pool to date cost of $10,000.00 with overall cost less than $20,000.00 BE IT RESOLVED - regarding investigating methods of financing of additional classroom. BE IT RESOLVED - investigate the financing of the construction of a dormitory and dining hall. At the time of this meeting, Dr. Whiddon stated ten million dollars was the minimum needed to complete facilities at U. of S. A.	27 27 28 28 28 29 29
