Coverage obtained on temporary basis until lease drawn up and signed and then make decision about advertising for bids Mr. Cleverdon suggested guard - $200.00 a month, Alabama Power Company lights, $3.00 a month President be authorized to make application for, sign all applications, etc. relating to a permit to procure and use alcohol free of tax Motion made that Executive Committee recommend to the Board implementation of two dormitories and a student Union building and to authorize Dr. Caldwell and Dr. Whiddon to look into financing and secure architectural drawings	15 15 15 15 16
