Recommendations made to the Executive Committee by Mr. Cleverdon regarding classes, quarter system courses, tuition, institution beginning with a College of Arts & Sciences and a School of Nursing, evening division, and executing a lease. Mr. Cleverdon explained how much land could be leased and how much could and would be used. Dr. Whiddon commented on "Education in Alabama". He gave report on curricula on new University.
