  1. Lolley made motion that The First National Bank, The Merchants National Bank and The American National Bank be made depositors
  2. A. A. Weiskopf was appointed Acting Treasurer. All checks must be co-signed either by Mr. Cleverdon or Dr. Whiddon
  3. Dr. Whiddon would assume his duties on November 15, 1963
  4. University operate on quarter system
  5. Evening division
  6. Authorized payment of mileage and other necessary expenses for members of Executive Committee in attending meetings of the Committee
  7. Engel moved travel expenses be authorized for all prospective employees when appearing for interviews, etc. as approved by the President. Motion approved.
  8. Motion adopted authorizing Dr. Whiddon, Mr. Cleverdon and Mr. Engel to negotiate with Public Relations, Inc. to handle publicity of the University at a sum not to exceed $150.00 per month
  9. Eight departments and their majors
  10. University becomes a member of the American College Testing Program
  11. Approved budgets for 63-64 and 64-65 submitted by Dr. Whiddon
  12. Tuition be $75.00 per quarter up to 18 hours with additional charge of $6.00 per quarter hour for each quarter hour over 18 hours
  13. Tuition charge of $8.00 per quarter hour for evening
