Election of Board Vice President - Mr. E. G. Cleverdon Secretary - Mr. Mylan R. Engel Election of President of U. of S. A. - Dr. Fred Whiddon Appointment of Executive Committee E. G. Cleverdon, Chairman Sen. Neil Metcalf Sen. L. W. Brannan, Jr. Rep. Mylan R. Engel Sen. Ray Lolley Sen. Metcalf presented resolution commending fine work. Salary - Dr. Whiddon. Engel moved Executive Committee be authorized to negotiate a lease on behalf of U. of S. A. of the facilities now under construction by the Mobile County Foundation.
