LDP Forms Application
LDP online forms are developed by the individual webmasters. Upon user form submission an email could be generated and sent to appropriate university personnel. Webmasters will also have access to complete data collection by accessing the 鈥淔orm Submissions鈥� feature under LDP Forms. After form is submitted a thank you message is displayed on the screen.
