On November 17, 2022, the Â鶹ֱ²¥ Alabama Center for Business Analytics, Real Estate and Economic Development, SABRE, hosted its second annual Business Analytics Summit. Over 100 attendees from academia and industry around the Gulf Coast came together to once again receive and share insights into the latest trends in the field. The summit placed special emphasis on identifying and providing new tools to enhance personal and professional data analytics skills, as well as bridging gaps in communication within the data-analytics field. This year, SABRE hosted speakers from Amazon, Aker Solutions, and APM Terminals Mobile who shared their knowledge on people analytics, operations intelligence and supply chain management. Attendees were also welcomed to a networking reception following the conference.
