Over 20 Ingalls employees from seven different departments visited with Mitchell College of Business Students.

This fall has been a busy time for the College鈥檚 Internship Program. Five students have started interning at Chick-fil-A's first ever Business Management Training Program. In addition, on October 18, 2019, the College teamed up with the Chambers of Mobile, Baldwin County, and Eastern Shore to host a breakfast where over 25 businesses from around the region came to learn more about hiring an MCOB student as an intern. Austal and Ingalls each visited the college for their very own Career Day. Here they met students and held interviews for internships, some even made offers to students on the spot. Austal brought six different departments and had 46 students in attendance. Ingalls was also well represented with 20 employees from seven different departments. For Ingalls, we had 53 students attend the Career Fair and over 55 attend the Professional Readiness Engagement Program鈥檚 Lunch and Learn featuring Ingalls.
